KAPTAIN KUTTA

Well…This year is going great so far, been spending a lot of time with my family because they are crazy about me, and doing positive things. God controls me so well that i have to thank him every day just for letting me live another day.

2 weeks ago, I just dropped my newest project on New Year’s Day (January 1st, 2012) titled “Red Dream”, it’s slowly getting downloads and has over 100 views but i’m not complaining, these kind of things takes time. I made a couple of goals this year, one of them is to put out the most songs i can on the net, if it’s helps me gets more following.

I haven’t been in the studio since Red Dream dropped, reasons for that is because I just relaunched my non-profit label i founded back 3 years ago called Swagg Tyme Nation and while at that, just a brand new artist from Cali named Meachy, resigned my former artist for a mixtape deal named JP3 (formerly as Jorge Fuenez) and still got my 3 other artists, my protege Bossie Breed, my 16 year old cousin Yung KK (who is currently in jail) and my 13 year old little sister Shuntae, oh, and got my label producer named Chris Wayne.

The reason why i been in the studio continuously is because i’m out of juice for writing songs right now, which always happens to me after i release a new mixtape. In order for me to get my writing mode back, i have to take a short break from recording. I should be back in the studio possibly in 3 to 4 weeks, which also depend on the time i have.

Also while i’m on this short break, i’m gonna be shooting videos and making beats for my artists. Speaking of beats, i took a break from making beats but now i’m back at it.

On the music side: Me and Bossie Breed supposed to drop another joint mixtape called “Street Fever 2” on February but most possibly might be a delay because i can’t Bossie Breed show up at the studio and sometimes when he say he’s coming to the studio, he never shows up and i can’t stay in contact with him, so we will see what happens.

I’m also working with my new artist Meachy and my resigned artist JP3 on the production. I also plan to do a STN compilation joint tape this year. As far as my next project, i already got a couple of titles for it but i will let you know soon.
